DetailsMichael graduated from University of Bristol in 2002, where he completed his final-year project with Professor Guy Lloyd-Jones. In 2000, he participated in an IAESTE traineeship working with Sanyo Chemical Industries, in Kyoto, Japan. He joined the group in October 2004, and is working on using β-chlorovinylsilanes as masked alkynes in oligoyne assembly.
Michael is funded by the EPSRC and the University of Birmingham.
